Representative Lesch, Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Lesch began the meeting at 9:45 a.m. A quorum was present.
Representative Scott moved the minutes from March 15, 2019 for approval. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 769 (Carlson) Public Employment Relations Board data modified, and money appropriated.
Representative Lesch to recommend HF 769 be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.
