Representative Lesch, Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m. on Monday, May 13, 2019 in Capitol Room 120.

Chair Lesch began the meeting at 10:05 a.m. A quorum was present.
Representative Johnson moved the minutes from April 9, 2019 for approval. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 2821 (Lesch) Federal Reserve Bank disclosure of taxpayer return information authorized for study.
Chair Lesch moved the DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
