Representative John Lesch, Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division, called the virtual committee meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Representative Moller moved to approve the minutes from April 16, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3812 (Noor): Child Protection DHS Policy Bill

Representative Noor moved that HF 3812 be recommended to be re-referred to the HHS Policy Committee.

Representative Noor moved to adopt the A20-0738 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Noor presented HF 3812 to the committee.

Chair Lesch moved that HF 4571 be recommended to be re-referred to the State Government Finance Committee.

Chair Lesch moved to adopt the A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Lesch moved to adopt the A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Lesch presented HF 4571 to the committee.
