MINUTES
Representative Lillie, Chair of Legacy Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 12:48 P.M. on January 30, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Xiong moved that the minutes from January 23, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Dianne Krizan, President of the Minnesota Children’s Museum, and Deb Alquist, Museum Experience Coordinator, presented on programs that received Legacy funding and session priorities for Minnesota Children’s Museum.
Greg Lais, Executive Director, Julie Edmiston, Associate Executive Director, and Christine Tomlinson, Program Coordinator, presented on Wilderness Inquiry programs that received Legacy funding.
HF243 (Urdahl); Litchfield Opera House funding provided, and money appropriated
Representative Urdahl moved that HF243 be laid over for possible inclusion into the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.
Representative Urdahl moved to adopt the HF0243A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Urdahl introduced the bill.
Rick Heller testified on the bill.
Representative Urdahl renewed his motion that HF243 be laid over for possible inclusion into the Legacy Finance omnibus bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF227 (Urdahl); Hutchinson; Wheel and Cog Children's Museum funding provided, and money appropriated
Representative Urdahl moved that HF227 be laid over for possible inclusion into the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.
Representative Urdahl introduced the bill.
Jessica Sabrosky, Chair of Wheel and Cog Children’s Museum, testified in favor of the bill.
