MINUTES
Representative Lillie, Chair of Legacy Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 12:46 P.M. on February 20, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Presenting on River Watch programs:

-Kari Rath, River of Dreams Teacher
-Mary Rupp, River Watch Student
-Sophie Viger, River Watch Student
HF1324 (Olson); Great Lakes Aquarium funding provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Lillie moved that HF1324 be laid over for possible inclusion into the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.
Representative Olson introduced the bill.

-Sarah Erickson, Director of Learning and Engagement
Chair Lillie renewed his motion that HF1324 be laid over for possible inclusion into the Legacy Finance omnibus bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Hausman moved to approve the minutes from February 13, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

-Mark Turner, Executive Director of Five Wings Art Council
-Angela Beissel, Director of Institutional Giving for CommonBond Communities
