Representative Lillie, Chair of Legacy Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 12:49 P.M. on April 10, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Heintzeman moved to approve the minutes from April 3, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF653 (Lillie); Omnibus legacy finance bill.
Chair Lillie moved that HF653 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Chair Lillie moved to adopt the H0653DE3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Lillie moved to adopt the H0653A11 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Helen Roberts, nonpartisan house fiscal analyst, gave an overview of HF653, as amended, and its corresponding spreadsheet.
