MINUTES

Representative Mariani, Chair of the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 12:46 P.M. on February 6th, 2019, in room 120 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Edelson moved to amend HF591 with amendment DE1.THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Edelson presented HF591.
