Representative Mariani, Chair of the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 5:07 P.M. on February 26th, 2019, in room 120 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
