Representative Mariani, Chair of the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on March 5th, 2019, in room 120 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF 793 (Vang) Cannabidiol sale or possession provided as not a crime.
