MINUTES
Representative Mariani, Chair of the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 12:50 P.M. on February 27th, 2020, in room 120 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF 982 (Long) Uniform Collateral Consequences of Conviction Act proposed for adoption by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws, law regarding collateral consequences and criminal offenders rehabilitation conformed with the uniform act, and money appropriated.
Representative Long presented HF982.
Representative Long moved to amend HF982 with the A2 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF 3816 (Long) Providing for an automatic expungement process for certain offenders.
