MINUTES
Representative Mariani, Chair of the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 12:55 P.M. on March 10th, 2020, in room 120 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dehn moved to approve the minutes for the March 5th, 2020 meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
Representative Edelson moved to amend the minutes to remove “over” and add “on the table” for the March 4th, 2020 meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE AMENDED.
Representative Edelson moved to approve the minutes for the March 4th, 2020 meeting, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
HF 4049 (Tabke) Identification cards provided for offenders released from incarceration.
Representative Tabke presented HF4049.

HF 3085 (Tabke) Transit ambassador and administrative citation program established, unlawfully obtaining transit services penalties amended, report required, and money appropriated.
Representative Tabke presented HF3085.

HF1864 (Munson) Presentence investigation reports inclusion of brain injury information authorized.
Representative Munson presented HF1864.
Chair Mariani moved to amend HF1864, as amended, with the A2 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF 3555 (Moller) DWI offenders not required to take specified exam as driver's license reinstatement condition.
