MINUTES
Representative Nelson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:02 AM, February 7, 2019 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

The following gave a review of the Minnesota State Board of Investments:
Mansco Perry, Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer
Representative Lippert moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 6, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF13 (Kunesh-Podein); a bill for an act proposing an amendment to the Minnesota Constitution, article I, by adding a section; providing for gender equality under the law.
Representative Nelson moved to re-refer HF13 to the Committee on Ways and Means with a recommendation that it be referred to the Judiciary Finance & Civil Law Division.

Representative Klevorn requested a roll call vote.
Representative Nelson renewed his motion that HF13 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means with a recommendation that it be referred to the Judiciary Finance & Civil Law Division.
