MINUTES
Representative Nelson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:01 AM, March 13, 2019 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

The following gave an overview of the Governor’s Proposed Budget for the State Arts Board for Fiscal Year 2020 – 2021:

Representative Elkins moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 12th, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The following gave an overview of the Governor’s Proposed Budget for the Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience and Interior Design for Fiscal Year 2020 – 2021:

The following gave an overview of the Governor’s Proposed Budget for the Board of Accountancy for Fiscal Year 2020 – 2021:

HF 1812 (Jurgens); Appropriating money to the Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission for Mighty Ducks grants; authorizing the sale and issuance of state bonds.
Representative Vogel moved that HF1812 be rereferred to the Committee on Ways and Means with a recommendation that it be referred to the committee on Capital Investment.

Representative Vogel renewed his motion that HF1812 be rereferred to the Committee on Ways and Means with a recommendation that it be referred to the committee on Capital Investment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
