Representative Nelson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:03 AM, April 4, 2019 in the Basement Hearing of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Acomb moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on April 2nd, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Nelson moved HF1998 be held over for possible inclusion in the Division Omnibus Bill.
HF1998 (Persell); Modifying provisions for solar energy systems and renewable sources on state-owned buildings.

Chair Nelson held HF1998 over for possible inclusion in the Division Omnibus Bill.

Chair Nelson moved HF2768 be held over for possible inclusion in the Division Omnibus Bill.
HF2768 (Nelson); Restricting executive branch state agency expenditures for professional and technical services contracts during the biennium ending June 30, 2021.
Chair Nelson moved Amendment H2768DE1. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
