MINUTES
Representative Nelson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:03 AM, May 16, 2019 in Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
The following gave an overview of the fiscal notes on HF4 and HF6:
Ray Smith, Director of Finance, Office of the Attorney General
Representative Huot moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on April 11th, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 2796 (Lillie); Ratifying a labor agreement and a compensation plan.
Chair Nelson moved HF2796 be rereferred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Chair Nelson moved to amend HF2796 with H2796A1. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Nelson renewed the motion to rerefer HF2796, as amended, to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
