MINUTES
Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual State Government Finance Committee meeting to order at 8:00 AM, May 5, 2020 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Vice Chair Klevorn moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on April 23, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Nelson moved HF3568 be referred to the Committee on Ways & Means.
HF3568 (Considine); providing for a planning group to decriminalize mental illness; requiring reports.
Chair Nelson moved Amendment H3568A1. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
