Representative Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation Finance & Policy Division, called the Fifteenth meeting to order at 9:06 A.M. on March 1st, 2019 in the Blaine City Council Chambers.

Chair Hornstein called the meeting to order at 9:06am. A quorum was present.
