Representative Petersburg moved that the minutes of February 27, 2020, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Petersburg moved that the minutes March 3, 2020, as corrected, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 3977 (Brand) Revenue and security federal loan deposits provided, accounts established, and money appropriated
Chair Hornstein moved that HF 3977 be referred to the Capital Investment Committee.

Chair Hornstein moved that HF 3498 be referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

HF 3964 (Hornstein) Federal REAL ID Act; compliance implementation governed, background check requirements eliminated, and documentation of residence of driver’s license and Minnesota identification card requirements amended
Representative Hornstein moved that HF 3964 be referred to the Ways and Means Committee.
Representative Hornstein moved that the HF 3964A2 amendment be adopted. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Hornstein moved that the HF 3964A3 amendment be adopted.
Representative Hornstein moved to incorporate a verbal amendment on page 1, line 4, delete “$.......” and insert “$2,709,000,” and on page 1, line 12, after “must” insert “make reasonable efforts to”
Tim Lynaugh, Assistant Commissioner of the Department of Public Safety, provided testimony on HF 3964A3, as incorporated.
Representative Hornstein renewed the motion that HF 3964A3, as incorporated, be adopted. THE AMENDMENT, AS INCORPORATED, WAS ADOPTED.
