Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 2:34 P.M. on March 3, 2020 in Capitol Room 120.

Representative Heinrich moved approval of the minutes, motion prevailed.
Rep. Persell presented HF 3324 Veteran retreat funding provided, money appropriated
Rep. Persell moved that House File 3324 be referred to Ways and Means.
