MINUTES
Representative Zack Stephenson, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:00 PM on March 9, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on March 3, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1200 (Richardson); Paid family, pregnancy, bonding, and applicant's serious medical condition benefits provided; employment leaves regulated and required; data classified; rulemaking authorized; and money appropriated.

Representative Richardson moved HF1200 be recommended to be re-referred to the Human Services Finance and Policy Committee.

Representative Richardson moved the H1200A1 (Richardson) amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
