MINUTES

Representative Dave Pinto, Chair of the Committee on Early Childhood Finance and Policy, called the remote meeting to order at 8:31 AM on January 26, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll call.

Vice Chair Pryor moved that the minutes from January 19th, 2021 and January 21st, 2021 meetings be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Presentation on the Prenatal-to-Three policy roadmap for Minnesota from the Prenatal-to-Three Policy Impact Center at the University of Texas at Austin.
