Early Childhood Finance and Policy Division

Representative Dave Pinto, Chair of the Early Childhood Finance and Policy Division, called the virtual meeting to order at 8:31 AM on April 7, 2022 pursuant to House Rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

Vice-Chair Pryor moved the minutes of the committee meetings on April 6, 2022 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4666 (Lee); Public land and building acquisition for improvements authorized, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

HF2369 (Pinto); Early childhood learning and child protection facility grant funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

HF4735 DE2 Amendment (Pinto)

Chair Pinto moved HF4735 to be rereferred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Chair Pinto moved to adopt the DE2 Amendment to HF4735

Chair Pinto moved to adopt the A4 Amendment to the DE2 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILS AND THE AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDMENT IS ADOPTED.

Chair Pinto renewed the motion to adopt the DE2 Amendment, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILS AND THE AMENDMENT, AS AMENDED, IS ADOPTED.

Chair Pinto renewed the motion to refer HF4735, as amended, to the Committee on Ways & Means.
