HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES NINETY-SECOND SESSION

Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy MINUTES
Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on January 28th, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services, Facebook Live, and YouTube live streaming.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. Members present:

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. A quorum was present.

Rep. Jordan moved that the minutes from January 26th, 2021 be approved. MOTION PREVAILED.

HF228(ACOMB) Statewide invasive species management plan requirements modified. Rep. Acomb motioned that HF228 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.
