MINUTES

Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on April 12th, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services, Facebook Live, and YouTube live streaming.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. A quorum was present.

Rep. Lueck moved that the minutes from April 8th, 2021 be approved. MOTION PREVAILED.

HF600 (WINKLER) Cannabis; various provisions modified relating to Cannabis Management Board; advisory councils; use and sales reports; legalization and limitation of adult possession and use; licensing, inspection, and regulation of cannabis businesses; testing; labeling; advertising; private residence cultivation; medical program regulatory authority; taxation; grant and loan programs; criminal penalties; expungement procedures; labor standards; nuisance cause of action; scheduling; data; and money appropriated.

Rep. Hansen moved that HF600 be recommended to be re-referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee.

Rep. Hansen moved H0600A17 to amend HF600 and the amendment and was ADOPTED.

Rep. Winkler presented HF600, as amended.

Rep. Hansen renewed the motion that HF600, as amended, be recommended to be re-referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee and a roll was taken.
