STATE GOVERNMENT FINANCE & ELECTIONS COMMITTEE MINUTES
Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual State Government Finance & Elections Committee meeting to order at 8:30 AM, March 5, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services and Facebook Live.

Representative Carlson moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 4, 2021 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Nelson moved HF648 be referred to the Committee on Health Finance & Policy.
HF648 (Koegel); Prohibiting health plans from limiting testing for opioids.
