STATE GOVERNMENT FINANCE & ELECTIONS COMMITTEE MINUTES
Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual State Government Finance & Elections Committee meeting to order at 8:30 AM, March 11, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services and Facebook Live.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Elkins moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 10, 2021 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Vice Chair Carlson moved HF1439 be held over for possible inclusion in a Committee Omnibus bill.
HF1439 (Carlson); Modifying contracting provision in certain health insurance benefit plans.
