MINUTES
Representative Tina Liebling, Chair of the Division, called the virtual Health Finance and Policy Committee meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on February 22, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Huot moved that the minutes of February 16, 2021 and February 17, 2021 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF79 (Wazlawik) First Engrossment Food packaging chemical use regulated, rulemaking required, and money appropriated.
Chair Liebling moved that HF79, First Engrossment, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Commerce Finance and Policy.
Representative Wazlawik presented her bill.

HF801 (Morrison) First Engrossment Prescription drug affordability board and prescription drug affordability advisory council established, description drug cost reviews and remedies provided, report required, and money appropriated.
Representative Morrison moved that HF801, First Engrossment, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.
Representative Morrison presented her bill.

Chair Liebling moved that HF894 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.
Representative Bernardy presented her bill.
