MINUTES
Representative Tina Liebling, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual Health Finance and Policy Committee meeting to order at 3:00 P.M. on March 16, 2022 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Representative Morrison moved that the minutes of March 15, 2022 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3886 First Engrossment (Morrison) Universal, voluntary home visiting program for families with infants established, and money appropriated.
Representative Morrison moved that HF3886, First Engrossment, be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.
Representative Morrison moved the H3886A2 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Morrison presented her bill as amended.

Representative Morrison moved that HF3887, First Engrossment, be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.
Representative Morrison moved the H3887A2 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Morrison presented her bill as amended.
Chair Liebling laid over HF3887, First Engrossment, as amended, for possible inclusion in the Committee bill.
HF4025 (Richardson) Pregnant patient right to have designated support person present while receiving health care established.
Chair Liebling moved that HF4025 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.

Representative Freiberg, Chair of the Preventative Health Policy Division, moved to adopt DIVH3153CR1, the division report of HF3153. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE REPORT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Morrison moved that HF3153 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.
Representative Morrison moved the H3153A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
