MINUTES

Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 am on February 4th, 2021 remotely via Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Frederick moved that the minutes from February 3rd, 2021 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF566 (Fischer) Landlord permitted to require tenant to provide supporting documentation for service or support animal need.
Rep. Fischer moved to re-refer HF566 to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law committee without recommendations.

Chair Schultz stated a roll call vote would be taken. The results were as follows:
