MINUTES

Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 am on February 25th, 2021 remotely via Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.


The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Rep. Noor moved that the minutes from February 23rd, 2021 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1340 (Noor) Responsible social services agency placing children in qualified residential treatment program requirements modified.

Rep. Noor moved that HF1340 be referred to the Judiciary and Civil Law committee.

Rep. Noor moved the A21 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF923 (McDonald) Self-advocacy services and supports for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities maintenance and promotion grant funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Schultz moved that HF923 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus.
