MINUTES

Representative Kristin Bahner, Vice Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 am on March 2nd, 2021 remotely via Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.


The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Fischer moved that the minutes from February 26th, 2021 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1432 (Frederick) Vulnerable adult protection provisions modified.
Vice Chair Bahner moved that HF1432 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus.

Rep. Frederick moved that HF1754 be placed on the General Register.
Rep. Frederick renewed his motion to place HF1754 on the General Register as recommended.

Chair Schultz moved that HF1287 be rereferred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee.
Chair Schultz moved the A1 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Schultz moved to adopt the Committee Report from the Preventing Homelessness Division. THE REPORT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Schultz moved that HF1484 be rereferred to the Labor, Industry, Veterans, and Military Affairs Finance and Policy Committee.
