MINUTES

Representative Kristin Bahner, Vice Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 am on February 22, 2022, remotely via Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.


The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Liebling moved that the minutes from February 17, 2022, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2461 (Bierman) Commissioner of human services allowed to enter into value-based purchasing arrangements with drug manufacturers.

Vice Chair Bahner moved to referrer HF2461 to the Health Finance and Policy Committee.

Vice Chair Bahner renewed her motion to referrer HF2461 to the Health Finance and Policy Committee.

Vice Chair Bahner stated a roll call vote would be taken. The results were as follows:

Vice Chair Bahner moved the A1 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Vice Chair Bahner moved to rerefer HF3159 to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee as amended and recommended.
