Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 am on March 10, 2022, remotely via Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

Vice Chair Bahner moved that the minutes from March 9, 2022, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3090 (Gomez) Emergency shelter facility grant funding provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Schultz moved to adopt the division report from the Preventing Homelessness Division. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Schultz moved the A1 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Schultz laid HF3090, as amended, over for possible inclusion in the Human Services Finance and Policy Omnibus bill.

Chair Schultz moved to adopt the division report from the Preventing Homelessness Division. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Schultz moved to adopt the division report from the Preventing Homelessness Division. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Schultz moved the A1 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Rep. Liebling moved to rerefer HF3599, as amended, to the Health Policy and Finance Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Schultz moved the A2 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
