MINUTES

Representative Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 am on March 24, 2022, remotely via Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Lead Albright moved that the minutes from March 23, 2022, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3271 (Kotyza-Witthuhn) Adult mental health service reimbursement rate increased, and child therapeutic service and support reimbursement rates increased.
Chair Schultz moved the A1 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Schultz laid HF3271 over, as amended, for possible inclusion in the Human Services Finance and Policy Omnibus bill.
HF3372 (Moran) African American-specialized mental health center and clinic funding provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Schultz moved to adopt the division report from the Behavioral Health Policy Division. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Schultz moved the A5 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Schultz moved to adopt the division report from the Behavioral Health Policy Division. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Rep. Frederick moved the A3 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Schultz moved to adopt the division report from the Behavioral Health Policy Division. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
