MINUTES

Representative Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 am on March 31, 2022, remotely via Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Lead Albright moved that the minutes from March 30, 2022, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4367 (Berg) Short- and long-term shelter nonprofit organization grant funding provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Schultz moved to rerefer HF4367 to the Capital Investment Committee

HF3274 (Fischer) Children's residential treatment modified, psychiatric residential treatment facility requirements modified, qualified residential treatment program requirements modified, commissioner of human services directed to provide psychiatric residential treatment facility reimbursement report, and money appropriated.

Chair Schultz moved to adopt the division report from the Behavioral Health Policy Division. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Schultz moved the A22 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
