MINUTES

Representative Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:39 am on April 8, 2022, remotely via Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Lead Albright moved that the minutes from April 7, 2022, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Schultz moved the A22-0415 Human Services Omnibus DE before the committee.

Chair Schultz called the committee back to order at 10:33
Amendments to DE A22-0415:
Chair Schultz moved the A5 Amendment.
Lead Albright moved to divide the H4579 A5 amendment before line 2.5 and after line 2.11 and before 6.16 and after line 6.29 and they be voted on together.
Lead Albright amended his amendment to divide line 6.16 to line 6.29.
Chair Schultz moved Lead Albright’s motion out of order.
Representative Rasmusson requested a roll call vote. The results were as follows:

Chair Schultz moved to rerefer HF4579 as amended and recommended to the Ways and Means Committee. Non-partisan staff was directed to make any technical changes or corrections as needed.
