MINUTES

Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Behavioral Health Policy Division, and pursuant to House rule 10.01, called the remote meeting to order at 8:30 am on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. The meeting was broadcast live via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant took the roll.

Representative Franke moved to adopt the minutes from the division meeting from Wednesday, January 13, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) gave an overview presentation on the impact of COVID-19 on Behavioral Health Services. Presenters included the following:
