Representative Connie Bernardy, Chair of the Higher Education Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual committee meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.
