Minutes

Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Committee on Labor, Industry, Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:00 PM on January 27, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Frederick moved that the minutes from January 26, 2021 be adopted. Motion prevailed.

HF 106 (Davnie) Social Security and Social Security disability offsets removed.

The Chair moved that HF 106 be referred to the Committee on Workforce and Business Development Finance and Policy.

Representative Davnie presented the bill.

The Chair renewed his motion that HF 106 be referred to the Committee on Workforce and Business Development Finance and Policy. A roll call was taken. The results were as follows:

The Chair moved that HF 104 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

The Chair moved the A1 amendment. Motion prevailed.

Representative Davnie presented the bill as amended.

The Chair moved that HF 39 be referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.

The Chair moved the A1 amendment. Motion prevailed.
