Minutes

Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Committee on Labor, Industry, Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:00 PM on February 23, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Edelson moved that the minutes from February 17, 2021 be adopted. Motion prevailed.

HF 831 (Long) Energy code adoption for new commercial buildings modified.

The Chair moved that HF 831 be referred to the Committee on Climate and Energy Finance and Policy.

Representative Long presented the bill.

The Chair moved the A8 amendment. Motion prevailed.

Representative Winkler presented the bill as amended.
