MINUTES

Representative Noor, Chair of the Workforce and Business Development Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on January 20th, 2021. The meeting was broadcasted via Zoom and House Public Information Services. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Olson moved to approve the minutes for the January 13th, 2021 meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

Vice-Chair Jay Xiong assumed the gavel at 1:03 P.M

HF 135 (Noor) Unemployment insurance experience rating period temporary change adopted.

Testifiers in regards to HF135:
Steve Grove, Commissioner at DEED

Representative Noor moved to re-refer HF135 to the General Register.

A roll call was requested.
