Representative Mohamud Noor, Chair of the Committee on Workforce and Business Development Finance and Policy, called the virtual meeting to order at 1:01 PM on March 7, 2022, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Olson moved to approve the minutes for the March 2, 2022, meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

Representative Olson ASSUMED the gavel at 1:05 PM.

Representative Baker moved to refer HF 3550 to the committee on Higher Education Finance and Policy.

Representative Baker moved to adopt HF3550A1. THE MOTION PREVAILED THE AMENDEMNT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Baker presented HF3550 as amended.

Representative Baker renewed his motion to refer HF 3550 to the committee on Higher Education Finance and Policy.

A roll call vote was requested.

Representative Koegel moved to lay HF 819 over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Koegel moved HF 819DE1. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Koegel presented HF 819 as amended.
