JUDICIARY FINANCE AND CIVIL LAW MINUTES

Representative Jamie Becker-Finn, Chair of the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law, called the virtual meeting to order at 8:30 AM on January 14, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Moller moved that the minutes of January 12, 2021, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Becker-Finn presented on committee rules and procedures.

Presentation on the Board of Public Defense.

Presentation on Civil Legal Services.
