JUDICIARY FINANCE AND CIVIL LAW MINUTES

Representative Jamie Becker-Finn, Chair of the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law, called the virtual meeting to order at 8:30 AM on January 19, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Vice Chair Moller moved that the minutes of January 14, 2021, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Presentation on Chapter 13 and Government Data Practices.

Matt Ehling, Board Member of the Minnesota Coalition of Government Information, presented an overview of the organization.

Rebecca Lucero, Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, presented an overview of the organization.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:53 AM.
