JUDICIARY FINANCE AND CIVIL LAW MINUTES

Chair Becker-Finn moved that the H0039A2 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Carlson presented HF 39 as amended, a bill for an act relating to employment; providing rehire and retention protections for laid-off workers during a declared emergency; imposing civil penalties; authorizing rulemaking; requiring reports; amending Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 177.27, subdivision 4.
