MINUTES


Representative Lillie, Chair of the Legacy Finance Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. on February 17, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative JORDAN moved to approve the minutes from February 10, 2021. THE MOTION PREVIALED.

HF625 (Jordan); Community Cooks program at Appetite for Change funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative JORDAN moved that HF625 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Jordan introduced HF625.

Testifying on the bill:
- Michelle Horovitz: Co-Founder and Vice President of Innovation, Appetite for Change
- Darryl Lindsey: Vice President of Programming, Appetite for Change

Representative JORDAN renewed her motion that HF625 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

HF867 (Wazlawik); Minnesota Public Radio funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative WAZLAWIK moved that HF867 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Wazlawik introduced HF867.
