MINUTES


Representative Lillie, Chair of the Legacy Finance Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. on March 17, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative JORDAN moved to approve the minutes from March 10, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF639 (Hansen); Clean water fund money appropriated, soil and water conservation district fee and county eligibility provided for funding, rulemaking required, and studies and reports required.

Representative LILLIE moved that HF639 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Hansen introduced HF639.

Representative Green introduced an amendment to HF639, amendment A3.

Representative GREEN moved to adopt the A3 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative LILLIE renewed his motion that HF639 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

HF1905 (Christensen); Public television grant funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative CHRISTENSEN moved that HF1905 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Christensen introduced HF1905.

Representative LILLIE renewed the motion that HF1905 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.
