I. HF 289 (Edelson) Sexual assault victim and persons assisting the victim provided immunity from prosecution for controlled substance and alcohol violations.
II. HF 331 (Edelson) Registered predatory offender status disclosure required to hospice provider.
III. HF 295 (Moller) Bureau of Criminal Apprehension required to investigate criminal sexual conduct allegations between Minnesota National Guard members.
