Informational Hearing on HF 3856 (Hollins) Sentencing Guidelines departure presumed for offenders who have been the victim of domestic abuse, sexual assault, or sex trafficking; and resentencing provided for offenders who have been the victim of domestic abuse, sexual assault, or sex trafficking.
