MINUTES

Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 2:45 P.M. on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Winkler called the meeting at 2:45 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Esther Agbaje moved that the minutes of January 11, 2021, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved to adopt the Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 1. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved to adopt R3A, Technical Fix. Barb Juelich, Controller of the Minnesota House of Representatives Budget and Accounting Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved to adopt P8, Policy on Legal Fees. Barb Juelich, Controller of the Minnesota House of Representatives Budget and Accounting Department, testified on the Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved to adopt Recount Resolutions:

i. Akland
ii. Engen
iii. Farnsworth
